1. My name is Quentin Williams. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years now. Many clients have asked me “Why did you become a personal trainer”?  For me it was a simple decision, as a teenager I was always very lazy and unmotivated to exercise. It was not until my late teenage years I was able to afford a Personal Trainer. I then realised that I was capable of exercising, building some muscle and increasing my self esteem. I truly wanted other people to feel like I did. I began to learn more about exercise and nutrition and became a certified Personal Trainer. I have taught my clients fast and effective ways of working out with some amazing results.

A lack of personal motivation led me to search for a personal trainer on my quest to get back into shape. From my very first session I had with Quentin I was impressed with his professionalism and his ability to find out what makes an individual tick and how he could use that to ensure I gained the maximum out of each session.
 
Each session Quentin somehow manages to find new and exciting ways to train and to keep me motivated but the most impressive side to Quentin for me is how he was able to make me move past feeling embarrassed about my previous non existent fitness level which for a long time has held me back from getting fit.
 
Quentin shows a great deal of compassion with his clients while ensuring that they continue to strive for higher goals and I am happy to say that I am now well on my way to achieving my own personal fitness goals thanks to Quentin's coaching.

I love feeling fit and also doing exercise not only for the way it makes me feel, but for how it contributes to my continuing good health, BUT...... I am also human and when life gets all too stressful and busy it is all too easy to make excuses and put off tomorrow what should be done today and everyday. It is easy to convince yourself that you will get back into it tomorrow, but tomorrow usually never comes and the tomorrow turns into days, weeks and then months.
 
However when you sign up to a program with a trainer who is truly committed to supporting you and your goals, it then becomes two people you let down if you dont turn up.
 
Yes i have had a few of those days but knowing that Quentin is waiting for me makes it hard to back down. He is always there greeting you with a big smile and lots of enthusiasm.
 
When i have those days, i always try to remember just how good i feel after my workout and how glad i am that i made that all important commitment to myself because i am worth it!
