What is PIlates Reformer Session?
Pilates reformer is versatile piece of equipment that allows you to work different sections of the body.
I am a beginner, is this type of work out for me?
All session are tailored to the individual. Exercises on the Reformer range from fundamental to advance depending on your level.
I have had many past injuries to my body, will I do more damage?
With a combination of stretching and strengthening the stabilising muscles around the injury, it can often give you more freedom to do what you love doing again.
I am not coordinated at all and find simple exercises difficult.
The reformer exercises have different progressions. You will be able to work at your own pace to learn and master different movements.
Where are the Pilates Reformer sessions held?
The sessions are done privately one on one with a Personal Trainer in the privacy of your own home, or outdoors at a location convenient to you.
What type of results can I expect?
